Two announcements.

1) First about this center here. [which will be main center for Drikung Kagyu in Europe]. This center has mainly (a) the regurlar teaching program, b) the second is translations of texts, and c) the hospice. This is the centers function.

2) But now they have additional function. The additional function is, that every 6 month there will be the Hevajra (tibetan Kye-dor) Drub-chen (meaning: Great Mandala Ritual). So very 6 month the Hevajra Mandala, and then every 6 month will be the Nairatmya Mandala. The Hevajra Mandala is Yab-yum.

So this we are going to do here. We decided to do this here. And I will here announce the date, that is next year [2018], arriving september 2018 [this is changed to 17th of August 2018], arriving, then the Saturday [18th of August 2018] starting for 1 week, [thus ending 25th August 2018, Saturday]. Saturday will be end, with Tsok offering [and firepuja]. So this date is now fixed.

Now we have more than 1 years time to prepare. We like to do more in detail with preparation.

I like to do this, like I already mentioned, that this is not only for Drikung Kagyu sangha that practise this. This is Hevajra Tantra. This is the main thing. We can not do all details. But the main points I want to do.

Actually within the Marpa tradition they have 12-13 jidams of the Mother Tantra. And there is only one of our monasteries doing this. This is the Drubgyud Gompa of Eastern Tibet. At this event, same time, there is 13 sandmandalas. The last many years, every year. This is only one monastery that does this. Nobody else does this. Others are not doing this.

[At Drubgyud Gompa] Some people do, together ChakraSamvara, maybe one day. Maybe one day Dorje Pagmo (Vajra Varahi). That monastery is doing this every year. Quite a big number, but not one aspect especially.

To do such practise especially is very rare. Therefor I want to do this specially here, these two practises [Hevajra 9 deity, and Nairatmya 15 deity].

And also in Ladakh, in Phyang Monastery, we started Drum-chöd [Drub-chöd], since several years [started in 2013, with inauguration of Hevajra Temple in Phyang Gompa], which I myself sponsor. They are doing in Phyang Gompa, and there is also coming from other monasteries. It is open. One week every year [4th lunar day of 7th lunar month].

So I very happy to make here this opportunity. Ofcourse [in Phyang Gompa] it is the quite long one. Now we have to make here a little bit shorter, and then I think, not very short, but medium size.

But I think, since here, the first time outside [Tibet/Ladakh cultural area] I like to do a little bit different., than what we usually do here. That is, I want to do all in english. Sadhana english.

I think we are going to announce this event now. We have already announced the date. And we also announce official website [www.drikung.org, www.milareparetreat.org, www.mar-ngok.org]. All these things. So I think this is all I want to say.

So now we have enough time to prepare more detail. Some trainings. Text. More properly.

Then we first day give initiations. [18th of August], the second day the sadhana teaching [19th of august], and then 5 days Drub-chöd [The Mandala offering, Monday to Friday]. That is what we will do next year [2018].

So, why I say, that so many people coming, because there is not special Hevajra practise like this anywhere. This is not there. So this is the only event for this who want the Marpa Ngok Tradition of the Hevajra practise of Drub-chöd one week. Every year. One week here. And also one week Nairatmya here.

So, that is for who, from any tradition, want to come. So therefor they have to expect a little more people. Prepare for that. So for the organizers will be little bit harder. A little bit more to prepare. More trouble working  this time.

So thank you all for your coorporation. I pray for you. All have good health. Not only health, but also mental health. Be happy. And Fullfill your wish. Thank you. Safe trip.
